For the past 26 years, I’ve built my career around land — from 13 years running my own surveying business, that served thousands of clients, to working the past three years with the company that acquired us.

 

Along the way, I’ve been involved in thousands of land and property transactions — everything from local landowners here in Cleveland, Gaston, and York Counties, to complex commercial and acquisition projects all around the Carolina’s.

 

One thing that’s never changed is this simple approach: work hard, and always put the client’s needs first.

 

That’s the same mindset I’m bringing into brokerage. As a landowner, commercial property owner, and now broker, I understand these decisions from both sides of the table.

 

My goal is simple — client-focused service, strategic guidance, and better outcomes.
